The project is conceived as two distinct volumes accommodating separate functions, brought together by a transparent connecting space. Positioned between the entrance and the rear garden, this intermediate zone creates a continuous visual and spatial passage through the house while allowing movement between the two volumes to remain fluid and uninterrupted.
The volumes are arranged perpendicular to one another, defining protected outdoor areas and reducing direct visual relationships between the three neighbouring villas. Rather than relying solely on landscape or boundary elements for privacy, the orientation of the architecture itself becomes an active part of establishing separation while maintaining openness towards the garden and surrounding landscape.
Local Assos stone gives the buildings a strong material connection to their setting, while contemporary openings and restrained metal roof elements reinterpret the region’s architectural character without reproducing it literally. The result is a composition shaped by material continuity, spatial flow, and the careful balance between openness and privacy.
