Developed for an invited competition, the project brings Aydınlı’s production, administration, sales, showroom, logistics, and social functions together within a single 23,000 m² building. The organisation responds directly to the sloping site: storage and dispatch areas are integrated into the lower levels with direct vehicular access, while production and office programmes occupy the ground and upper floors, allowing the principal working environments to benefit from daylight and natural ventilation.

The building is organised as four interconnected zones. Production occupies the northern half of the volume, while administrative and management spaces face south. Showrooms and customer areas are positioned at the centre around an internal courtyard, with logistics and storage located below. Rather than functioning simply as a light well, the courtyard becomes the spatial hinge between production and administration, bringing different users together around a shared interior landscape.

The architecture seeks clarity rather than formal excess. A calm external volume contains a more varied internal sequence of workplaces, social spaces, balconies, meeting areas, and customer facilities. Through the relationship between section, courtyard, and programme, the proposal combines the operational requirements of a large industrial facility with a working environment centred on daylight, interaction, and everyday comfort.
