The project explores the relationship between industrial efficiency and architectural clarity. Production, distribution, and administration are brought together within a single architectural volume, allowing the building to read as one coherent whole rather than an assembly of independent functions.

A double-skin façade — combining a glazed curtain wall with an outer layer of perforated aluminium panels — filters daylight, moderates the internal climate, and lends the building a visual lightness that contrasts with the permanence of its prefabricated concrete frame.

Its identity is ultimately defined not by the building alone, but by its relationship to place. Exterior spaces are conceived as extensions of the factory, while architecture and landscape shape one another to create an environment that is inseparable from its context.
