The project transforms an existing residence through a major renovation focused on reconnecting the main living spaces with the garden, both visually and physically. The intervention reorganises the ground floor to establish a more direct continuity between interior spaces and the lower garden level.

Large glazed openings, terraces, and new exterior connections extend the living areas towards the landscape, allowing the garden to become an integral part of everyday life. Natural stone, timber, dark metal, and recessed glazing redefine the architectural character of the existing building while reinforcing the transition between inside and outside.

The result is a comprehensive transformation in which the existing residence is not simply renewed, but spatially reoriented around a stronger relationship between living spaces, garden, and landscape.
