Kalamış Office Building

Constrained by a trapezoidal site within a dense urban fabric, the design intends to maximise programme while embracing the site's irregular geometry rather than resisting it. It transforms irregular geometry into the generator of architectural form.

The building is formed by the overlap of two simple rectangular volumes, each aligned with a different site edge. Slightly rotated and interlocked, the two contrasting masses establish a dialogue that defines the project's spatial organisation and architectural identity, abstracting the site's irregular geometry into a clear and legible composition.

The resulting composition creates a compact and precisely resolved urban building that balances efficiency with clarity, expressing an architecture shaped by context, proportion, and spatial logic.
